Banquet FAQ’s & Instructions

How long can I have the room for?
A. 3 hrs. Max.

How many people does the upstairs room hold?       
A: 45

How many people does the banquet room hold?      
A: 60 max

How many people required to hold either room entirely?     
A: 40

What is the minimum party size for the banquet menu?        
A: 20 people

Can we substitute any dishes in the packages?         
A: Yes, provided they are comparable. (i.e. veal for veal, chicken for chicken)

What vegetarian dishes do you have?
A: Pasta primavera, eggplant parmigiana, eggplant rollatini. Pasta dishes cannot be used as a substitute because there is already a family style pasta course, unless there are any dietary restrictions for someone in the party.

Can I add one more choice of entrée to the package?
A: Yes

Is a deposit required to reserve the room?     
A: Yes, $100 minimum.

Can I bring in my own cake? 
A: Yes.

If there are less people that show up will I be charged for those who do not show?
A: No, just for those who do.

When will I need a final head count?       
A: About 1 week before the party is scheduled.

May I bring in flowers or decorations?          
A: Yes, but NO confetti.

What table configurations are possible, how many people per table?
Party of 20  =  2 tables of 10
Party of 30  =  3 tables of 10  or 2 tables of 15
Party of 40  =  4 tables of 10 or  3 tables of 13
Party of 50  =  5 tables of 10, 4 tables of 12 or 13, or all separate
Party of 60  =  5 tables of 12 or all separate

Can I bring in liquor?        
A: No, beer and wine only.

Can I bring in outside entertainment?        
A: No

How long can I have the room for?      
A: This depends on the day and how many other parties are booked.  For example: on a Friday or Saturday it is about 3 hrs.  On a day that is not very busy about 3.5 – 4 hrs max.
